Have service appointments to fill around Anthem?
If your heating and air company has room on the schedule, we can help you invite past customers back. You choose the dates and approve the offer. We prepare the emails, send them through your existing account, and show you which replies turned into completed jobs.
Anthem Residential Service Pilot
What happens during the pilot?
First, we look at a recent slow week, what you already send, and what an extra completed visit is worth to your shop. If the numbers make sense and your account is ready, we agree on the work before you pay.
Over 30 days we prepare two service newsletters and one promotional email if appointments remain available. You get one revision per email. Your dispatcher books the work. At the end, you receive a report showing replies, bookings, completed jobs, pending jobs, and job contribution where your records support it.
- Days 1–3 (Readiness & Setup): Confirm existing sender access, permitted list provenance, suppression exclusions, contribution per job, and open dates. Raw customer records stay in your system.
- Day 5 (Service Newsletter #1): Send approved first service newsletter with your tested booking link or campaign code.
- Day 12 (Service Newsletter #2): Answer one real seasonal heating/cooling service question using your shop’s approved guidance.
- Day 21 (Conditional Promotion #3): Offer remaining verified appointment slots — sent only if open capacity remains and you approve. If capacity is already full, we skip this email and refund its $150 allocation.
- Day 30 (Job Report): Reconcile campaign-coded replies and bookings against dispatcher records of completed and pending jobs.
Is your shop ready?
You’ll need open service dates, a customer list you have permission to email, access to your sending account, and one person who can approve messages. Your dispatcher needs a way to identify bookings from the campaign. Please keep customer records in your own system.

View the sample job report. The sample shows how we count bookings and completed jobs. Some customers might have called anyway. Where a credible comparison is possible, we’ll show that estimate separately.

What does it cost?
The first 30-day pilot is $750 upfront. The first two pilots have no separate setup charge. You pay your email provider directly. We start the 30 days once the required inputs are ready. Send dates depend on your approvals. We offer email support within two business days.
Cancel before kickoff for a full refund. After kickoff, $150 applies to each completed item: setup, each of three approved and sent emails, and the report. We refund the amount for every unfinished item, including a promotion we skip. The fee covers the agreed work. The number of bookings depends on customer response.
Another month costs $1,000 if you choose to order it. Each order needs your approval. Read the pilot terms.
