Privacy Notice
Operator & Effective Date: This website (anthemweekend.com) is operated by Perry Belcher, doing business as Anthem Weekend in Henderson, Nevada. Effective date: November 4, 2026 (Consent & policy version v1.4-2026-11-04).
1. Separate Collection for Residents and Business Buyers
We keep resident newsletter records and commercial service inquiry records strictly separate:
-
Resident Thursday Guide Signup (
/and/issues/): Collects your email address only, plus the timestamp, consent version (v1.4-2026-11-04), confirmation status, and an allowlisted referral source code (spirit,supply_rep,founder,resident_partner, ordirect_unknown). -
Business Schedule Review Request (
/business/): Collects your business name and work email address, plus the request timestamp and allowlisted source tag. During a subsequent phone or screen-share readiness review and written agreement, we record service territory, role/authority, available dates, sender readiness, and billing contact details. - What this site never collects: We never collect account passwords, payment card numbers on our site, raw customer mailing lists, or dispatcher CRM exports through this website.
2. How We Use Information
- Resident emails: Used solely to send a confirmation link and deliver the weekly Thursday guide for Anthem, Henderson. We never sell, rent, or transfer resident email addresses into any HVAC or home-service client’s marketing list.
- Business review requests: Used solely to reply within two business days, conduct a 12-minute schedule review and 20-minute readiness check, issue a private invoice when a pilot is ordered, and deliver campaign support. There is no marketing opt-in checkbox on the review form.
- Aggregate measurement: We count anonymous route views and outbound organizer link clicks without storing email addresses, personal names, invoice URLs, or free-text inputs in site analytics or page URLs.
3. Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A). We use standard infrastructure providers strictly to operate the publication and commercial service:
- Static Web Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (serves pages and processes standard HTTP connection logs).
- Resident Email Delivery: Confirmed-opt-in email service provider (e.g., MailerLite) to send the Thursday guide and honor instant one-click unsubscribes.
- Commercial Invoicing & Payments: Hosted invoicing provider (e.g., Stripe Invoicing) for one-time business pilot payments and refunds. Payment credentials are entered directly on the payment processor’s hosted page.
- Internal System of Record: A restricted operator spreadsheet/ledger accessible only to the publisher for reconciling pilot milestones, suppressions, and refunds.
4. Retention & Opt-Out
- Resident subscribers: Every Thursday email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also opt out immediately at /confirm/?state=unsubscribed or by emailing editorial@anthemweekend.com. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed immediately (and always within the 10-business-day ceiling under FTC CAN-SPAM guidance).
- Business leads & pilot clients: Declined or unanswered outreach leads are closed and suppressed upon refusal or at the end of the agreed quote window. Completed pilot and invoice reconciliation records are retained for tax, accounting, and refund audit compliance.
5. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A.340) & Access Requests
Under Nevada Revised Statutes 603A.340, Nevada consumers may submit a verified request directing an operator not to make any covered sale of personal information collected about them, and may request to review, correct, or delete their contact record. Although we do not sell covered information, you may submit any privacy, correction, or deletion request to:
Contact: Perry Belcher · Email: perry@anthemweekend.com or editorial@anthemweekend.com · We respond to privacy and suppression requests within five business days.
6. Changes to This Notice
If we change our collection, sharing, or retention practices, we will update the effective date and version identifier (currently v1.4-2026-11-04) at the top of this page before the change takes effect.
